1. Adults only

cochonne.tv is an index and player that lets you discover videos hosted and served by third parties. The videos are displayed through embedded players. cochonne.tv does not host, upload or control the video files and is not the producer of this content.

The Site is provided free of charge and its content may be added, changed or removed at any time.

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: scrape, copy or republish the Site’s listings at scale; overload or disrupt the Site; bypass any technical protection; use the Site for anything unlawful; or submit false or abusive reports.

Videos, thumbnails and links come from third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Your use of an embedded player is also subject to the terms and policies of the service that provides it.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, layout, name and original text belong to cochonne.tv. Videos and other third-party material belong to their respective owners, and no right in them is granted to you.

6. Illegal content

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and for content published without the consent of the people shown, including non-consensual intimate imagery. Such content is not allowed on the Site and will be removed as soon as we are aware of it.

To report a video, use our report form. We review every report and may disable access to a video, and may report unlawful content to the competent authorities.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cochonne.tv is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of third-party content reached through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify cochonne.tv against claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, and may restrict access for anyone who breaches these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
