Privacy

1. What we collect

Reports. When you submit a report, we store the video concerned, the reason, your message, the date, and your email address if you provide one.

Everything else we process is technical data needed to run and secure the Site.

2. Stored on your device

The Site uses a small number of items stored in your browser, strictly to make it work: a cookie remembering your language, and local storage remembering your vote on a video and whether the side menu is open.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. You can clear these items at any time in your browser settings; the Site will then fall back to its defaults.

3. Third-party players

Videos are displayed through players embedded from third-party services. When a player loads, that service may receive your IP address and other technical data and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. We do not control this processing; please review the policies of those services.

4. Why we use data, and legal bases

We use the data above to operate and secure the Site, to review and act on reports, and to contact you if you ask us to or if a follow-up is needed. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running and protecting the Site and in moderating content, and your consent for the optional email address you provide. Strictly necessary browser storage does not require consent.

5. Retention

Reports are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet our legal obligations, then deleted. Anonymous counters are kept as long as the video is listed. Technical logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that host or secure the Site, and with authorities when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.

7. Minors

The Site is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time.
