18 U.S.C. 2257 statement
This statement concerns the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
1. cochonne.tv is not a producer
cochonne.tv does not film, photograph, produce or host any sexually explicit content. It is an index that lists videos hosted and served by third-party services and displays them through embedded players.
2. Records
Because cochonne.tv does not produce the content it lists, it is not a primary or secondary producer of it within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1, and it does not hold the performer age-verification records. Those records are the responsibility of the producers of each video and of the services that host it.
3. Performers must be adults
We do not allow content showing anyone under 18. Anyone who finds such content, or content published without the consent of the people shown, should report it immediately using our report form. We review every report and disable access to violating videos.
